MY TAKE ON PHOTOGRAPHY

"The reason why we want to remember an image varies: Because we simply 'love it', or dislike it so intensely that it becomes compulsive, or because it has made us realize something about ourselves, or has brought about some slight change in us. Perhaps the reader can recall some image after seeing of which has never been quite the same."

Scavenger Hunt Sunday!

Still waiting for some nice weather to get out to conquer these scavenger hunts... these indoor shots are getting to be a bit challenging! Still not getting out of the 40's/50's here in Jersey, where is spring?? I want to shoot some flowers or some green grass or the wind blowing in my daughter's hair, anything! Sorry for the vent...I shall carry on now with this weeks items...

Here are my interpretations :0)

High Key
027

This was a a tough topic, although I like this shot, I'm thinking the pedals are still a bit too blown for my taste.

SC

I can't help but post this one of Maddie, (which I'm sure you all have seen before!) it's one of my favorite shots...at the time, not realizing that it was a *high key* shot.

See this is why I so enjoy scavenger hunt, because I would have otherwise not captured Maddie here in all her sillyness of her bed... I've always admired her little knick knacks & oddites souroundering her when I give her a kiss at night. (All her doing by the way) I've never thought to phogograph it. & to top it off, look at that outfit, this is her father's soft ball jersey she wears as a nightgown, too sweet for words :0)

From the archives, can you tell, I'm yearning for warm weather :/ Ahh..I can't even imagine how glorious it would be to feel the hot sun sun & sand of the beach right now!

Stripes

Here again with my extension tubes...loving them...just a ribbon from my teddy bear :)

Happy Sunday :D
