MY TAKE ON PHOTOGRAPHY

"The reason why we want to remember an image varies: Because we simply 'love it', or dislike it so intensely that it becomes compulsive, or because it has made us realize something about ourselves, or has brought about some slight change in us. Perhaps the reader can recall some image after seeing of which has never been quite the same."

Scavenger Hunt!!

What a fun week...I think for the first time, I might actually be happy about all of my items :)

First item up is "Wide open"  Here is my take on this topic...It's a little wild flower that Maddie had picked for me in our back yard...and what a perfect opportunity to capture the moment.  Here it is, with the aperture as being "wide open" at f/1.8.

"Clock"

"Junk"...my favorite pic of this weeks scavenger hunt!  Who'd a thunk that junk could be so beautiful ;)

Thanks to my darling husband I was able to capture the most "shiny" subject that I could imagine...This was an absolute pleasure to shoot...with many many shiny parts, I had a hard time choosing.  But ultimately decided upon this one!

Here is my "view from below"  You never know what you'll find in the most peculiar places...& this is why, I absolutely take my camera, every where I go ;)

  2. I love the creative crop you use in your photos. Nice work -- The Harley shot is very cool. But the miniature daisy in wide open is my fave of your set. :)
