MY TAKE ON PHOTOGRAPHY

"The reason why we want to remember an image varies: Because we simply 'love it', or dislike it so intensely that it becomes compulsive, or because it has made us realize something about ourselves, or has brought about some slight change in us. Perhaps the reader can recall some image after seeing of which has never been quite the same."

Just one of those moments...a snapshot of her the other day after spending the morning at her school for "Mother's Day Tea" we went outside just to enjoy the warmth of the sun.  To *me* perfect SOOC...of course looking through my rose colored mommy glasses.

Our rhododendron sprouting some new leaves.

Isn't it Ironic?

Shoot & Edit: Growth ~ Edit

Shoot & edit this week's theme is *growth*...Here's our azalias in our front yard that are just waiting to bloom...which reminds me, I haven't paid attention to the flowers since shooting this. I wonder if they've bloomed :)

Edit

Not much editing done here; upped the contrast a bit to make the colors really pop.  One of my favorite parts of this flower are the brilliant green leaves :)
