Wow, I can't believe how incredibly long it has been since I've come on here to post pictures! My art has completely taken over my life! In a good way though, I've been busier than I ever could have imagined. I never thought in my wildest dreams that my hobby/love/passion could turn into a career.
Anyway, on with the pictures... so I dusted the old camera off, charged up the battery and headed off with the family & headed to Washington DC during spring break. My dad grew up there, so I grew up spending my vacation time visiting grandma, every year, twice a year... so what a treat it was to visit the old town again after all these years. We litterally saw all of DC in 3 days, & yes that included the trip. This was the kiddies first time there, and as I predicted, their favorite part of the whole trip... the Metro!
Look at Jason, you'll notice almost all of the pictures that I took of him were of him taking pictures of other things, & of Maddie of course.
A new monument, in remembrance of World War II... Gorgeous.... & what's a fountain without making a wish and throwing in a few pennies :)
Till next time....
Wow, there are some amazing shots here. I LOVE the reflections on the wall! Gorgeous!
